Craftsmanship
Everything we make is designed and produced in Carpi, in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy.
The lace
We work in fine stretch lace and double mesh: scalloped floral lace with enough recovery to hold its shape, and a light double-layer mesh that is opaque where it needs to be and weightless everywhere else. Trims are either tone-on-tone or deliberately contrasted — a white edge against sage, against coral, against peppercorn.
Construction
Cups are lined in mesh rather than padded. Straps are adjustable. Where we can leave out boning, we do. The intention is a garment that holds you without arguing with you — support where it earns its place, ease everywhere else.
Briefs are finished with a cotton gusset. Seams are flat where they sit against the skin.
Colour
Colour is the part we are least willing to compromise on. Most of our styles are made in eighteen colourways, and the range is chosen rather than assembled — Beaujolais, Frappè, North Sea, Calypso Coral, Pistacchio, Peppercorn, Lucent White. Neutrals that work under everything, and colours that are the point.
Care
Hand wash in cool water. Do not tumble dry. Reshape and dry flat, away from direct heat. Fine lace and elastane last a long time if you are gentle with them, and almost no time at all if you are not.
